Accessibility Statement

Effective October 23, 2026

Common Ground Solutions LLC wants everyone who serves on or works with a community association board to be able to use this website, including people who rely on assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim for the website to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we do

• Pages use semantic headings, landmarks and a “Skip to content” link so they work with screen readers and keyboards.
• Text and interface colors are chosen to meet WCAG contrast requirements.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
• Form fields have visible labels, and the site works at narrow phone widths and when text is enlarged.
• We review new pages for accessibility before they are published.

Known limitations

• Some documents we share, such as PDFs of brochures or reports, may not yet be fully accessible. We will provide any document in an accessible format on request.
• Booking a call uses Google Calendar’s appointment page, which is operated by Google. If you have trouble with it, call or email us and we will schedule the call with you directly.

Feedback and assistance

If any part of the website is hard to use, please tell us. Let us know the page and the problem, and we will work to fix it and to get you the information you need in another way in the meantime.
